Mark Heinbockel, MSW

Executive Director

MSW – University of Pittsburgh, BA, Social Work – Elizabethtown College

Mark is a nonprofit leader and development professional with a wide range of experiences supporting youth, families and older adults through education, health and human services. He is a proud husband and father. Mark enjoys music and singing, attending shows and watching sports. He is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) XXVI.

Haley Ebersole

director of operations

BA in Professional Writing – La Roche University

Haley organizes and oversees the organization’s day-to-day business activities, with her primary responsibilities falling into the areas of client services, human resources, and operations. She focuses her attention on making sure both clients and staff are taken care of and in a comfortable environment at Anchorpoint.

Haley also works as a youth volleyball coach to instill the love she has for the game into the next generation. She has a passion for the nonprofit world as well, wanting to provide others with services they truly need.

Jodie Tabano, MS

director of development

MS in H.R. Management – La Roche University | BA in Communication Arts – Ohio Northern University 

Jodie oversees donor relations and community outreach. With over 25 years in the fund development field, Jodie integrates her experience and passion for philanthropy into stewarding resources for children, adults, families, and seniors as well as sharing the vision and mission of Anchorpoint in the community.

Jodie is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Avon Club. She is also active with BSA Troop 226. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two teenage boys.

Emalee Sekely, MS

Marketing and grants manager

MS in Digital Media + BA in Multiplatform Journalism & Public Relations – Duquesne University

Emalee is a content creator and communications professional specializing in writing, graphic design, and video production. She’s always enjoyed storytelling and creating, and she’s very grateful to get to use those skills to help reach those in need of mental health support. Emalee’s favorite title is “aunt” to her nieces and nephews, and when she’s not living in Adobe Suite, you can probably find her at a puzzle or trivia night with her dad and siblings.

Jordan Bauer

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER + EVENTS MANAGER

BS in Psychology – Penn State University

Jordan manages client services and events for Anchorpoint, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for every client who walks through the door and serves as a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients and staff alike. She oversees the client intake process, billing, assists with administrative operations, and supports the staff in maintaining an organized and compassionate environment.

In her events role, Jordan coordinates community and fundraising events that connect clients, supporters, and the broader community to Anchorpoint’s mission. She enjoys creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and highlight the impact of the organization’s work.

Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys staying active with other nonprofits, exploring local events, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Bruce Bartlett

Campaign manager + mission advocate

BS in Nuclear Medicine – Wheeling University

To support the organization’s growth, Bruce works part-time at Anchorpoint to assist with Capital Campaign efforts. As part of the development team, he also helps with donor relations, event logistics, and keeping the Constituent Relationship Management system up-to-date.
