Psalm 139:7-12

Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there.
If I take the wings of the dawn,
If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea,
Even there Your hand will lead me,
And Your right hand will lay hold of me.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me,
And the light around me will be night,”
Even the darkness is not dark to You,
And the night is as bright as the day.
Darkness and light are alike to You.

    Thanks for the beautiful setting. We love your messages – simple but profound.

    We have moved to Scottsdale, AZ to be close to our family – Daughter and grands.
    Quite different than Livermore but we are adjusting. We are living in a senior community as taking care of a home has become a thing of the past. We miss friends in Livermore but God is blessing us with new friends and new opportunities to worship and be a light in the darkness.

      Great to hear from you, Jim and Peggy! My parents just moved to Seattle into a senior community. I have a sense of the huge transition involved. I’m glad you’re finding places to worship and serve. Keep me posted on how things go!
